Six Word Saturday:
Back to work and exercise routines.
During my two weeks off I was getting a lot of sleep. OK sure, I was ill and slept more than usual and had a few afternoon naps but I was also sleeping for a lot longer than I usually would on a work day. It was only two weeks off work but now that we’ve gone back my usual 7.5 hours doesn’t seem like it’s enough sleep and I’m struggling to make the work and exercise routine that I had only 3 weeks ago feel normal again.
