This surely is BIG, Georgia. So nice to have the people to serve as a scale.
It is quite massive Opalla.
Such a majestic, grand tree! Beautiful shot, Georgia.
It is an amazing tree. Thanks Amy
Does this fig tree produce fruit? I’ve not seen a fig tree quite so massive — but I am use to the ones in south Louisiana! 😀 Enjoying being home?
I guess that it would produce fruit Becca but this one is in the Botanic gardens so very accessible to the public and they wouldn’t last long.
Yes it is nice to be back in Australia, although I won’t feel properly home until next week when I see my family who live in another part of the country.
Becca, my other half is knowledgeable about trees and he says that the fruit on the Moreton Bay Fig isn’t edible. I’m sure the birds like it though 🙂
