What is your favorite toppings on pizza? I had to look up the name of this pizza because I always forget it, but I love a classic Capricciosa pizza which is ham, mushroom and olives on a tomato base. Last time we added some marinated artichokes as well and it was just lovely.
I want to learn more about … Wing Chun.
What are three places you’ve enjoyed visiting? These are not the only places I’ve enjoyed visiting but more like stand out highlights for me: New York, USA was very fun to visit, I enjoyed everything we did there including visiting Central Park, Liberty Island, taking in a show and the shopping. I enjoyed visiting Xi’an, China where there was lots of history to take in, including a city wall to walk on and the Terracotta Warriors to visit and the people there were friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed visiting Mysore, India. I can’t remember all the things we did there but it felt like a fairly relaxed city and I liked visiting the royal palace, which I think we went inside during the day and came back to at night time when it was all lit up with several thousand lights.

Do you prefer eating the frosting of the cake or the cupcake first? I find the frosting too sweet on its own so I would try to eat it together, making sure to get a little bit of frosting with each bite of cupcake.
Bonus question: What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up? I had a big computer related problem to solve during the week so I’m grateful to the various people who spent time with me on that and suggested different things to try. Most of all I’m grateful that it is sorted out and I’m looking forward to the Skype session that it will allow with a popular media personality and my class. I’m also looking forward to the end of the school term and summer holidays starting.

never heard of “Capricciosa” pizza – but sounds decadent – 🙂
Really Prior? I thought it was a standard pizza on menus all over the world.
ha! you’re funny= but maybe it should be! and actually the last three times there was pizza around our house – I was left out. Finally, when my son had this huge hawaain rising crust one (not my fav – but not too bad once in a while) well I made him promise to leave me a piece – firmly – ha! but couple hours later come down to nothing – turns out my husband grabbed it walking out – and so hey -c an;t get mad at that – but sniff – only the smell of pizza three times in a row – so not fair! next time there is any pizza I will just take my piece front he start – lol have a nice day!
Maybe I thought that because Capricciosa is an Italian sounding name it was a standard Italian pizza topping….. Yes, it sounds like you definitely need to get into the pizza faster Prior so you don’t go hungry!
