Share Your World – 2014 Week 45

What is your favorite color? Blue, definitely blue, in a variety of shades.

In what do you find the simplest of joys? When I Skype with my sister and my little niece who is not quite 2 years old recognises me and repeats ‘Ah George’ while pointing at my picture on the iPad. She is so little that she can’t say the word ‘auntie yet’ and she knows my name because George is the name of one of the characters on her favourite TV show, Peppa Pig, it still melts my heart.

Would you prefer a reading nook or an art, craft, photography studio? Lately I have been able to make time to read wherever I am, however I have not done much crafty stuff since moving back to Australia 15 months ago so right now I would prefer a craft corner or other sort of creative space.

Bonus question:  What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up? I’m grateful for technology like Skype that allows me to see and interact with my little niece growing up in a different part of the country. I’m looking forward to doing some creative crafting with a friend at a workshop next weekend.
