Six Word Saturday: Spring Festival

Six Word Saturday:

Spring festival parade in the rain.

Officially spring began on the first of September, the day before had been filled with glorious sunshine and we spent part of the day admiring our neighbour’s daffodils – a sure sign of the change of seasons. The rest of this week has been getting gradually cooler and wetter again, despite everyone’s hopes of seeing the sun. Today’s spring festival parade went ahead even though the rain had settled in, the participants in the parade proudly soldiered on with smiles on their faces.

Happy Saturday everyone!

    • Not all that strange actually Vivienne, having moved from the northern hemisphere last year I still find myself thinking that what is happening around me is strange
