I always love pictures of fruits and veggies. Nature does orange well!
I’m not sure if it is true, but I saw something this week that suggested a the colour orange is because of the fruit orange, which is called orange because of its colour. Or something like that.

Another wonderful photo for me to look at. What kind of melons are those? The cut one on the top adds a lot to the composition. Maybe they are squash, actually.
Thanks Carol. We call these pumpkins, I’m not sure which variety they are. In the UK we called them squash – I’m not sure what other names they have around the world.
