Six Word Saturday:
Short cruise on Queen Mary two.
How lucky am I! My dear friend Christina who writes The Hungry Australian food and travel blog was invited to join a media famil on the Queen Mary 2 and I got to tag along as her ‘plus one’. Of course I couldn’t say no to such a unique and fantastic opportunity – we ate a lot, we got sore legs from walking all over the ship and we met some awesome people. It was brilliant fun and I’m so grateful to Christina for bringing me along – pop over and give her some blogger love at The Hungry Australian and look out for her post telling you more about what we got up to shortly.

Ooh, that looks really glamorous. If I were to take a cruise, I should end up wider than I am tall!
I was worried about that Viv but with less than 2 days on board and so much walking to do to see everything I only gained 1kg. I even used the gym!

We met some people who said they desperately wanted to go on a cruise since seeing the film called ‘The Bucket List’. It certainly was an experience.

It sure was Colline, I realised that a cruise is like being at a resort at sea.
And that one looked particularly luxurious.

Actually I never wanted to go on a cruise before this either but it was quite lovely and you meet so many interesting people along the way.

Thanks Ron. Where was your cruise? I didn’t think I’d be able to catch the sunrise being so early in the morning but my body clock had different ideas.
