Oh my, what a week! Almost every meal this week has been either a Christmas dinner, a Christmas related catch-up, or Christmas leftovers. After the past few years of Christmas just being the two of us across the pond, this Christmas period has been exceptionally busy catching up with loads of people. Now it is time for a good rest.
