Share Your World – 2013 Week 20

Do you like winter, or not, and why? Yes I like winter. I like wearing warm and bulky clothes. I like being snuggled up in a blanket in my bed. I like chunky soups, hot chocolate and mulled wine. And I love love love walking in fresh snow.

Feet in snow

Having said all that, winter can go on too long – it is still snowing in some parts of Britain – it is now May and should definitely be well into spring with hints of summer on the way. I like this image that has been doing the rounds on Facebook, which says it all really.163524_557869340900461_2091890564_n

Are you a listener or talker? I’m a listener. It depends on the subject though, sometimes if you get me talking I find it hard to stop.

What is your favorite juice or fruit drink? Pineapple juice, it is so fresh and tasty. Although a really good freshly squeezed orange juice can also really hit the spot sometimes.

What do you have to be so happy about? Loads! I made a gratitude list a while ago and add to it from time to time. Everything that I’m grateful for makes me happy. My family and friends make me happy. Often my work makes me happy. Having enough free time to maintain a blog makes me happy. A good book can make me happy. Learning a new skill makes me happy. Helping someone else makes me happy. Watching animals play makes me happy. Spring flowers make me happy.
