Six Word Saturday:
A few days of heat, gone.
We had a couple of really lovely warm days this week, it felt almost like summer. People were sunburned and complaining that it was too hot as soon as the mercury rose past 20 degrees C (ha!). And now we have another cool snap. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t mind the winter, but this year’s winter just went on for way too long. I hope the warmth will return soon.

What a fantastic picture! I enjoyed the summer days we had this week but it’s back to normal for us again now – dull and cool.
Thanks very much Elaine. I hope your weather warms up soon too.
At least you had some heat – here in Stockport it’s brrrrrrsville 😦
Oh no Tilly, not even a hint of spring up there?
The few bees I have seen are wearing fur coats…
Um, we’re forecast to have 28’C tomorrow, and we’re heading in to our winter! Sunburn…bless!
Bless, indeed!
Love the photo and would love to have 20 degrees. Right now it is 2!
Oh no Judy, that is still a bit too cool
We had some warmth here, too, but nothing one might even remotely refer to as “heat”. I’m still waiting for even a single tree to bud.
It is all relative Ron.
Amazing shot!
Thank you Hilary
Wow! What an absolutely gorgeous photo. I hope the warm weather returns to you quickly too!
Thanks Xiomara
We are looking forward to a pleasant week ahead with 60’s and low 70’s. But the last couple of days we have had cool temps and rain! Last year this time we had record highs. Weather is sure changing.
Happy Saturday!
