We took an overnight train from Paris to Barcelona, which is where we are now. Our first visit was to the number one attraction on TripAdvisor, but not for that reason, to the Sagrada Familia – or the church of the sacred family. An absolutely massive church in the centre of Barcelona, designed in much detail by the famous architect Gaudi.
Ah, beautiful Barcelona 😉
I’m really looking forward to your travel snap of Park Güell too.
Maybe tomorrow, fingers crossed!
Thanks Janny. I didn’t get many photos of park guell on the phone to post so that one will be posted with photos from the camera after I’ve transferred them to the computer when we get home, perhaps on Sunday.
It wasn’t finished when we were there. Is it completely done now???? It’s an amazing building
Oh no, I’m not sure that it will ever be finished.
Wow! That’s stunning! That picture is fascinating!
It is just astounding Becky, this church was designed by Gaudi and it is incredible in its detail.
It sure is! Can’t wait to see more pictures! 🙂
Loved Barcelona. Beautiful inside pic of that amazing cathedral. I wonder when it will ever be finished? 🙂
Thanks Ad.
It must be the most amazing sight. Great photo, Georgia.
