This week’s questions are a lot of fun, as usual, with thanks to Cee.
If you were given $22 million tax free dollars, what is the first thing you would do? $22 million is such a large sum of money that I wouldn’t know where to start. Probably buying property and starting a good investment fund so that I, and my entire family, wouldn’t have to work ever again if we didn’t want to.
Where were you born? I was born in Adelaide, South Australia, my home town.
Can you change a car tire? I’m sure I’ve done it once perhaps. I remember a colleague once trying to teach me in the office parking lot, but like a lot of things – without a need to practise I’ve forgotten it. I might be able to figure it out if I needed to though.
What is your favorite part of the town/city you live in. And what Country do you live? I love loads of things about London, where I live in the UK. I love walking around and seeing the history of the city right before your eyes. The old buildings right next to the new buildings are such a contrast. I also think it is really cool that I’m in the same city where Watson & Crick figured out the structure of DNA, Alexander Fleming discovered Penicillin and Sir Isaac Newton wandered the streets. Maybe they aren’t the same streets that I wander but London has seen a lot of history and made a lot of important contributions to science, which leaves me in awe.
