Good morning!
it is said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. As you have been fasting while sleeping, you must break the fast upon waking. This is important in order to maintain your energy levels, boost your metabolism and for ensuring that you don’t over-eat later in the day as a result of feeling famished. It is best to take breakfast soon after you wake in the morning.
This is not an example of my usual breakfast, this was a breakfast that we had while traveling in Seville. It seems to be a pretty typical cafe-style breakfast in Spain, at least something similar was on the menu wherever we went. Tasty toasties! What do you enjoy for breakfast?

Looks delicious. My usual breakfast is muesli with a sliced banana and assam tea with milk.
Ooh, that is very healthy. I like adding a slided banana to muesli too, as long as it is not too ripe.
What a yummy post to start a new day ,Thanks for sharing Georgia 🙂
Thanks for visiting Jake
I hardly care, as long as I get my cup of coffee, but the subject of your photograph looks pretty good!
Thanks Naomi. Ah yes, coffee is also quite essential to me sometime during the am hours, but not always with my breakfast.
Oh that looks scrummy Georgia. The perfect start to a new day.
Yep, that is a good way to describe it 🙂
looks tasty to me
Yes, it was!
It looks substantial to me, Georgia. I’m with Naomi. Coffee and lots of it before I start to eat.
Great way to start the day!
Sure is! Thanks for your comment Amy.
Looks so nice and healthy. I dont eat any bakery related items in my breakfast apart from chocolate croissants which is my favourite breakfast meal to have.
Ooh, I just love chocolate croissants but I try to avoid them because I can’t stop at just one 😉
That looks good. I must add Seville to my places to visit 🙂
Yes, Seville is definitely worth a visit TBM, put it on your list 😉
