My dear friend Christina who writes The Hungry Australian is currently hosting a ‘Death by Chocolate’ blog hop. Now, I’ve never done a blog hop before but I did recently make these Easy Chocolate Brownies and they both fit the theme of the blog hop and my baking remit so here goes!
There is nothing as good as a chocolate brownie. With an irresistible combination of the ever so slightly crunchy baked outside, and gooey chocolaty goodness on the inside I’d even go so far as to say they are worth breaking your diet for.
If you are looking for a chocolate hit, this will definitely hit the spot. Or if you just want to give yourself a treat, look no further. These brownies are so quick to make and will be snaffled up just as quickly.
This recipe was found by another friend, needing something simple and delicious to make for dessert at our Winter Night Shelter. I honestly have no idea where it was found, but it was really really easy to make and totally delicious.
